This article explains what it means when your External Proposal is marked as Won and how to access it in the platform.
If your nominated candidate has been selected for the assignment, the status will be updated to Won.
Once marked as Won, it automatically moves from Pending Proposals to Archive. This indicates that the evaluation process has been completed and a final decision has been made.
To view the update:
Navigate to “External Proposals” in the left-hand menu.
Select the Pending Proposals tab to confirm the status change.
Once finalized, go to the Archive tab.
Open the relevant External Proposal.
Review the status marked as Won next to your nominated candidate.
The Archive section contains all finalized External Proposals, including both successful and non-selected submissions.
What happens next? Your won candidate now enters the Post Hiring assignment phase.
