When a company needs a consultant, the Hiring Manager creates a Request for Service (RfS) in Flextribe.
This request describes the assignment, including:
Scope of work
Required competencies
Timeline and availability
Budget or pricing structure
The request is then reviewed by Procurement and shared with the relevant suppliers.
Suppliers submit candidates directly through the platform before the defined deadline. Hiring Managers can then review the candidates in a structured overview, compare profiles, and select the consultant that best fits the assignment.
Once a candidate is selected, the platform supports the contract process and keeps track of the assignment going forward.
